ACT Fibernet — Very irresponsible behaviour and behaves careless with customers | |||
Hi, This is Praveen kumar Jada. I am using Beam Internet service from last 5 years onwards. I never face any problems with beam Internet. I don't know what happened now. May be they recently changed name as ACT Fiber net. I have disconnected my Internet temporally 2 months because of non availability in India. They said they have disconnected temporally. But after 2 months they sent bill. I have raised a question like why they sent bill, because they already disconnected my connection temporary. They said we didn't disconnect. It seems we have to pay total bill. After lots of discussions, they have given 50% wavier. So i adjusted and paid total bill. Even after paid total amount, i am not getting net. I am complaints to customer care from last month 10th onwards with multiple complaints, they will say like they will send service person with in 24 hours. After that no one will come. After 3 days i am again will send mail and will call to the customer care, same story repeats again. They will come with in 24 hours like that they are saying form last month 10th. Earlier if i call to customer care, i will get quick response . Now i am waiting for service person from one month onwards but still same answer and same behaviours. But they will ask to paid money every month. These are my ticket number which are raised from their side, 16748988, 16772506, 16548777, 16748988, 16684421, 16602539 these are some of the ticket numbers which i remember. I had some more ticket numbers from last one month onwards. Really providing worst service now a days. I am requesting to provide same service like earlier. It was too good service which i never face any problem with Beam. Could you please correct your self atleast and try to solve my problem. I can not call to customer care again and i can not get another ticket without any use. Please solve my problem or else disconnect my connection. I am expecting quality service from you.
