ACT Fibernet — Fup scam

I am facing an issue with act fibernet since past 6 months. My monthly fup is 50 gb, every month around 10 to 15 days it says my fup has crossed, please reset your fup. At first i thought than may be at my home they might be downloading and finishing the fup, but every month its a same issue then i finally took to act customer service and spoke to them regarding the issue last month and i asked the details about my usage and i told them than if any foul play is happening with my fup i will be filing an fir or will go to consumer court. Then finally they told that there is a mismatch in their calculation and they promised me that they will be provide me 20 gb of data. So my current month fup was reset to 70 gb. To my shock this month fup which is 70gb has been crossed nearly 15 to 17 days of time. This time i am sure that i have not used that much of data. Now they have shared my excel which gives daily break up. I am surprised the sheet has many records of download with same amount of duration in more than 10 days, and i have 4 mobiles at home which they access. But the data says every day same ip.

I am going to file an fir with this data breakup

Few more things i have observed in the daily usage breakup, for each day they have 6 records, and each day the end time is similar but hours and minutes changes, and usage time is similar in several records. I am dam sure that an executive might have worked on this xlsheet and provide me with the false usage. as it is clearly visible that copy paste aroma with slight changes and the final sum is exactly near 70 gb which is my FUP. If they fail to address my issue i will be taking this upto FIR or TRAI.

No body has contacted me . I feel they are all in a feeling that its month end, any how the FUP will be reset on 1st of every month and the complaint will be auto resolved
