[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Reconnection service and money wave off

Hi,
Act user is[protected].
I was not using my connection since 7 months. This month 13th i got a call from act fibernet saying that they will wave off my previous due amount and zero reconnection charges. And i will have to pay only remaining days amount i. E 426.

So, i paid 430 to act, after payment they disconnected my connection again now they were asking for previous due.

I just used connection only one day. After that they disconnected. I called act customer care many times every time they will be saying that they will take my concern on high priority. But it's been almost 10 days nothing happened,

On top of this every day i'm getting three four time call from act for asking bill payment..

I got really frustrated...
Act need to change its way...

I use this network 2 years ago after that for some reason I stoped useing this network. 3 months back again I started useing this network all though I dint use the network for long time I got a due amount 250 I paid that bill. Again after 20 days my bill reflected as 1160 whic I dint used at all in that 20days. I need a proper month to month bill. And wave of my bill so that I can have proper monthly same bill.
And aslo try to solve customer issues soon and start responding early
