[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Reconnection service and money wave off | |||||
Hi, Act user is[protected]. I was not using my connection since 7 months. This month 13th i got a call from act fibernet saying that they will wave off my previous due amount and zero reconnection charges. And i will have to pay only remaining days amount i. E 426. So, i paid 430 to act, after payment they disconnected my connection again now they were asking for previous due. I just used connection only one day. After that they disconnected. I called act customer care many times every time they will be saying that they will take my concern on high priority. But it's been almost 10 days nothing happened, On top of this every day i'm getting three four time call from act for asking bill payment.. I got really frustrated... Act need to change its way...
