ACT Fibernet — Unorganized and non-responsive team | |||||
There is no internet from morning 11 am. 1. I tried to reach customer care over phone and even at 6pm, there line is busy on another call. 2. Somehow i managed to log a complaint around 12pm using mobile data, i received complaint number too but there is no resolution until now. Act fibernet should have a better customer care process and a designated lines with people who respond. Also the response of the team should improve Was this information helpful? | |||||

Before they say this complaint is fake, I am a ACT Fibernet user for the past 5 months and on legal/private request, I can share more info.

Beam Fiber — Worst Customer care ever seen
