[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Unauthorized installation charges to change the account holder name in monthly bill

We are using ACT internet from last 3 years. Account holder is my husband and he want to change the account holder name to my name. For this reason, we reached Chandanagar ACT customer care center and my husband provided a NOC "No Objection" letter also for the same on 3rd May, 2016. Till now we haven't received any update and even June bill also generated with no change. When I call that center they informed me that I need to pay extra installation charge only to change the account hold name. This is not at all fair. Requesting you to respond to this immediately. Thanks
