i bought a blue tooth devise for 10000 rupees ...i made on line transaction, they had sent me a product which do not have any brand name ...etc and it did not even worked...so i called them then they asked me to send back...i sent by blue dart couriers by paying 320 rupees ...again they sent me the defective product ...now they are asking to send back ...to day i send it...
