Adani Gas — new connection

I applied for new connection on 12th November 2013, estimate and amount submitted on 28th march 2014, after that fitting of pipe is done but meter is not fitted, after calling many times they said as your turn will come we do the work, so kindly tell me the specific time limit in which my connection is going to complete.
