Ads Consultancy Service — Last two month no response from consultancy

I have registered my name at ADS Consultancy ( Kolkata ) on 21 Nov. 2014 for better job opening but after two month we haven't receive any leads from them even also they have not pick up my call but for your information on the time of registration they had promised for immediate interview, but after registration they have not co- ordinate with me . On the time of registration I have paid Rs.5643/-, now I don't want to continue my membership because of their worst service but they have not refund my money . So please do the needful.
