Still registration I followed your T&C.

Technical fault arises from your side from 15 sep. And I was not reponsible for if you have not checked your mail or not.

I have talk to your executive on 25 sep 2015 regarding refund process followed by your office guidance.

I have already inform Mr Suman, Ankit, HR Mounita Mukherjee and executive and Mr K Sarkar the reason for asking refund. I have already waiting from 25 sep 2015.
I expect your legal deptment could reply as soon as possible regarding refund.

The total systems including communication from your side were totally damaged.

So, Legally ask for refund within october 2015 of amount Rs. 2247 into My A/c No State Bank of India, Ujjal Kumar Samanta.

I expect  co operation from your side as soon as possible .
