Advisorymandi.com or pro advisorychampionship is one of the worst company of my career where I have worked around 5 months. There is no single policy for employees all polices are made by HR in favor of the company only.
The company is running by two director's name - Kaushaendra singh sengar and his wife Mehak tomar (so called directors) even they don't have knowledge about work, how to speak with the employees and they will treat you like labor.
Advisorymandi.com is Pathetic shop or so called company ever, cameras on your head all time like Tihar jail, what you doing, what you eating, when are you going washroom, how much time you took in washroom, if its exceeded by 5-10 min then you will be scolded if you reply back with the genuine reason the HR lady of the company will give you warning letter else can terminate you on the spot or they will harass of every little thing.
Directors take come & take leave any day, you will get salary chq/cash at 20-22th date (example - July month of salary you will get in August of 25th) but only if there is balance as directors withdraw all money for their personal use first and if anything left then only you will get salary on time, else keep chasing, do not recommend anyone to join this shop, and cant explain how worst is the environment, one employee cant talk to other employee for more than 5min else directors who is watching you on camera will come and ask what are you talking and enjoying.
Please its a request not to join this shop, they will distroy your career and terminate or harassed you without any reason. Was this information helpful? |
