Agarwal Packers And Movers — Claim for worst service | |||
Sir/Mam I booked my house hold stuff properly packed in steel boxes through Agarwal packers and movers from Guwahati to Batala on 08/06/2015 under GC no-GWH001562. But not received in the same condition all boxes were torn out, pressed, broken even locks were broken.The party came for drop the boxes at Batala given in written about the bad condition.That statement given by Driver Sandeep Verma of Vehicle No PB10 AF 9882 Licence no S18674 still with us as proof.. It was really a very bad experience with aggarwal packers and movers. inspite of calling customer service no body bother to listen the problem.Even the party came to drop the stuff accepted the bad service.

conversation in respect of early closure of the issue, We would like to draw
your kind attention towards our efforts for making customer level completely up
to the satisfaction.
Your battery is not physically damage
It is request to confirm through return email
for agreed amount 1000/-
(One Thousand Only )
in respect of the damages of HHG Under wide
GC no. BSR003283 From JAJPUR to DHANBAD.
This need a confirmation from your end to get
the claim cheque process in the name of:
NOTE: Dear sir please attach cancel cheque
scan copy, and bank details.

On telephonic conversation several time convey form my end
that battery is damage due to total drained of Acid and Distilled water form full charge battery by your Representative
which is confirm by M/s Exide show room technician in presence of your
representative Mr. Shanker Singh, and In written he agreed
in G.C.NO. Copy had attached . In packing list Pkgs No-39 Battery value is 8000.
In packers & movers services form your end claim we are Limca Book Record holder,
so company shall follow do &don’t regarding packing and mention it during
Quotation. In NDTV & mobile aid
Slogan is not fighting in my case.
Document attached for your reference.
Claim settlement shall be done as per
Insurance value .Mr. Praveen Sharma during conversation said that he is
authorize to settle of Rs 1000.
Note- As per M/s Exide Show room owner even company doesn’t send
New Battery without Acid& distilled water.
