Dear Sir, My house hold material shifted from suraj pur(CG) to Bhadrak(odissa) on dated:17.04.2015 against GCN:KRB000507 through M/S.Agarwal Packers & Movers After received the material at bhadrak we found our washing machine, freeze, almira and others house hold material damaged during transit Photograph of damaged good sent to concern office in whatsapp after long follow-up they are not responding to file the claim Before packing I already instructed them to arrange wooden packing for electronics good but they not arranged and shifted the material with paper packing only hence material getting damaged now they promises to clear the full payment then they will file the claim but till now no response received from Agarwal packers whether payment has been released on 01.05.2015 kindly help to claim my damaged goods Bill copy, payment proof attached for your reference Manish Mob:[protected]
