In view of your dormant demeanour on my grievance redressal, my legal counsel is sending you a legal notice today for negligence & financial / mental hardship.

Apart from that i am posting all the evidences including pictures of the mess your esteemed organisation has created of my hard earned goods & all the shameless acknowledgements your company employees have given to me accepting the responsibility of it, on social media websites such as twitter, facebook, linkedin, blogspot, so on & so forth. I take it as my moral responsibility to warn people of your heinous misconducts & absolutely ignorant behaviour so that others are not taken for a ride as i have been, gleefully by your so called iso certified organisation.

As discussed with you umpteenth times, i absolutely disagree with the survey report submitted by your ca & vehemently refuse to accept the claim of inr 22, 1 given in the report.


It is so very ridiculous that your ca is submitting the survey report with remarks made in thin air like 'damaged article not shown' for item nos 123 & 156. If the articles were not shown why did he gave an acknowledgement to the claim form submitted by me in affirmative.


Against a completely damaged & unreparable microwave oven & ac voltage stabiliser, he is showing the estimated loss of half the value as declared in insurance form. How can that be possible?


Before the consignment is transported, the depriciated value of goods is declared in the first place by client in your declaration form & you charge 3% straight on that as insurance premium. So how can a partial damage compensation be given for completely damaged articles?


Same is the case with article number 16 to 20 (Showpieces & pots), they are completely damaged & no way the estimated loss can be partial of value declared in insurance form.


Against the torn leather on a sofa 3 seater, how do you think the estimated loss would be 3000 against the declared value of 15000, isn't this absolutely insane?


These are only some examples of the completely vague report submitted by your ca. I have the evidences for every possible damage & can very prove it to any forum this case is referred to. On top of it, lesser we talk about the repair work done by your 'super-skilled' carpenter, better it would be. No one has turned back to paint the steel almirah as yet, this is just fyi. This is the state of carelessness & ignorance is there in your so called world class iso certified company.


I have given an already conservative damage claim figure of 63000 & would not accept any further deduction in that. I have been following up for this case for more than two months with agarwal packers & still i am forced to write a mail to register my long pending grievance, this is as agonizing as it can get. Along with the financial loss, the mental torture which i have gone through from the date the consignment is delivered, is something which cannot be compensated by any financial repayment, the experience is none less than being termed as absolutely treacherous.


I have moved my location 9 times in last 12 years & every time i trusted your company to do the relocation, never ever i faced such torrid times. Going forward, i have taken a resolve that i would not prefer as agarwal packers & movers as my relocation partner & would advise all my friends, acquaintances & professional contacts also to stop patronising this customer insensitive organisation.


If my issue is not addressed adequately before 6th december, my legal counsel (Mr. Vikrant pataskar) & social media manager (Mr. Naveen toshan) who are marked in this mail, would pursue the case with you on various legal & media forums.
