This is Venkat. I have taken Agarwal safe express service to shift my stuff from hyderabad to Banglore. Whom ever I refer here consider them as FRAUD. Fraud interms of character. At first two guys visited my home to give quatation. And they were talking like as if they do the best service. They do four layers of protection while packing. All fraud promises. They quoted 13000 + gst and insurance extra. They have asked for token money to confirm what ever is quoted as if they are professionals. On the day of packing they didn’t bring any extra packing material. The material wasn’t enough. They adjusted with what ever they had. So the packing is not safe and we have some of our decorative items (imported and costly)broken. Just three guys came to pack. They took like whole day to do the packing. None of the material or the labor shows the brand name( of course this is not professional packers). After everything is packed and loaded. They gave bill amount of Rs 21010. Which actually should be 16780 after including insurance and gst. Finally delivered two days late from promised date. I have included the pics of some broken things. There are more stuff broken. Also the quatation and bill. Token amount is collected so that you don’t change your mind later. Perfect frauds.

This is srihari, Few days back i shifted my home from Hyderabad to Bangalore, Initially they agreed to done this with in 15k, after packing and loading the things into lorry, They provided a bill 27k, They included tax and gst, I shouted with them and finally they agreed for 26k with 1 month storage. to delivery my items they are asking me 2k delivery charges+4k storage charges now, these guys are Cheating and fraud in the name of packers and movers I am going to do a customer complaint. Guys please avoid agarwal safe express at any cost. They will be the biggest fraud persons ever. If you want to burn your money take agarwal safe express packers and movers
