So called company who claim to be involved in Packing and Moving business registered in Gurgaon AREA-Shop No. 15, Sec-5 Bhagat Singh Chowk CITY - Gurgaon PINCODE - 122001 PHONE NO. - [protected], [protected] WEBSITE - [protected]@agarwaltranshome.com are fraud company and please do not fall for their soft spoken sales people. I approached so called company for moving my household items from Gurgaon to Bangalore on 22nd June and the sales person visited the same day to survey the items and gave me a quote of Rs. 23k through estimate # 786 and took advance of Rs. 1000/-. The shifting date was agreed on 25th June 2014 and the company guaranteed to deliver the house hold goods within 10 days maximum to Bangalore. Also informed that compresive insurance of 3% will be extra and no other charges whatsoever will be applicable. The company sent their team to pack and move the items on 25th June and the same was carried out within half day. Once the packing and stuffing is completed Mr. Sandeep came to the shiftig place and wrote a bill for Rs. 46k which was double the estimate. On seeking the reason he said Octroi is extra and its 15k. This si the time when i'm stuck with my items loaded into truck and Mr, Sandeep claimed either pay full amount or they would not unload my items ad the truck to Bangalore is also booked. Nevertheless had no choice but to payup. After the payment is made, I received the packing list and LR # 303 / 033 dated 25th June 2014 and informed me that Insurance copy will be sent to me within 2 days. Now its been more than 10 days the sales person Mr. Sadanad[protected] and the so claimed owner Mr. Sandeep ([protected]) are not responding to my calls nor do they respond to emails / sms. We are now in Bangalore waiting for our items to be delivered but unable to contact either and all the numbers on the website seems to be belonging to one person and he is'nt bothered to pickup my calls. I did not receive any insurance copy (Rs. 4500 worth covering Rs. 1.5 lacs). Now i'm stuck in Bangalore with a overseas travel plan on 11th July (Originally from 7th deferred to 9th and now its on 11th) and unbale to trace anyone or get any form answers from this company. On doing further research found out that is a new company with nice website and all the branches have one contact number that belongs to Mr. Sadanad i.e. Mr. Sadanad who is their CSR, Sales man and branch in-charge. I feel frustrated and hate that using unknown companies are very risky. I was inclined by the name Agarwal and the initial service by sales man. If i dont hear from them today and tomorrow, i would get someone reach Gurgoan and file a cheating and fraud case against the company.
