We licensed their software. It comes with only three months of support while you're customizing it. We wasted all that time fixing their bugs, rather than customizing it for our own use. Their software was not ready to be sold to the public, and we were basically operating as their unpaid Quality Assurance Department. We have asked them repeatedly to extend the support period. The online help people wouldn't and referred us to Rajesh at rajes.[protected]@agriya.in but he will not address this issue. Their software is basically unusable as it does not meet the US equity laws, as advertised. We have spent USD 1, 000 so far on something that doesn't meet our needs nor the regulatory requirements.
