Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation — To stop the commercial activity in Residential area

Dear Sir/Madam,
My self Mr. Samirkumar H. Patel, Ternament no.[protected]O. A-1/1, Pushapak-II,
Kharawala compound, Isanpur Vatwa road, Isanpur.
My neighbour Mr. Jagdishbhai M.Joshi going to commercial activity in residential home to open kids primery school. His home wall and my home wall be common.
My self and society ruling administrative committee oppose for open a kid school in residential area.
We have no independent bunglows but tetra homes group.
Our society chairman and working committee send them letter to stop the activity but not stop by Mr. Joshi. We have also inform in AMC but no any action against to stop commercial activity in residential area.
Kindly do needful from your end.
