Air Costa — Cancellation of flight half an before time of departure and non refund of ticket booking amount

Sir I have booked my Air Costa flight from Hyderabad to Coimbatore on 25 May Details are as follows (copy of ticket enclosed -1): - (a) Date / Time of Departure - 25 May15/1715Hrs (b) Flight No. - LB672 (c) Airline - Air Costa (d) E-Ticket Number[protected] (e) Status - Confirmed At 1800Hrs on 25 May15, I have been informed by Air Coasta staff that scheduled flight is cancelled and I need o surrender my boarding pass and proceed at arrival lounge to collect the baggage (Copy of boarding pass is enclosed -2). I have also been informed by the staff that ticket fares will be automatically credited in to my Bank account. After waiting for almost 10 days in the second week of Jun I contacted the customer support services of the said airline and enquired about reimbursement of ticket amount. I was informed that process have been initiated and I will be receiving the amount within 6-7 days. Finally amount was credited in to my account on 16 Jun 15. (Copy of Email is enclosed -3) where I was informed that on my request ticket has been cancelled. It is a submission that to catch the flight I have travelled in private texi from my residence, 1-4-170/8P/E/1 Madhavpuri Colony, Sainikpuri Secunderabad to RGI Airport Shamshabad which is almost 50 Kms. I returned back on the same night around 2000Hrs and again hired a taxi from my place of residance to RGI Shamshabad to catch a flight for Coimbatore. In this process I have wasted almost precious 10 Hours and Rs 4500/- in texi fares of mine.
