Air Force Bagdogra — MFP-P1136 printer USB not detecting

We have mfp-1136 printer and it is under warranty and complaint logged vide [protected] dated 13 aug 15 with case id-5405710. Further no any confirmation call came from your side.
we tried to contact siliguri service center tel no[protected] but the no is no valid, further tried to contact to mrs arunima ghose mob no-[protected] but she never attempted the call.
