[Resolved]  Air France — Missing Items in baggage, delay in baggage delivery.

I had my flight from Hamburg-Paris-Mumbai-Bangalore on 13th Sept. But due to flight delay from Hamburg to Paris I was not able to board next Jet Airways flight (Paris to Mumbai). Since it was Air France fault they arranged next direct flight on 14th Sept from Paris to Bangalore and assured that baggage will be transferred to the same flight (Flight No. AF0192). When I reached Bangalore my baggage was missing. I raised the complaint at airport with File Reference no: BLRAF33460 then after 2 days i got status that one bag is traced and other one is still under Trace.On 19 Sept i received one baggage which was unlocked (there was no lock at all) and whatever new items were present in the bag were taken out. (Perfume bottles, formal shirt, chocolate boxes, make up items, clothes). After calling them back again they told to send the mail to list out all the items that are missing. I am fed up with the services provided by these people and suffering for no reason from so many days. I need claim for the items and want strict action should be taken against them as soon as possible.
