Air India — Delayed luggage | |||||
I travelled in Air India from Pune to Dibrugarh, with my 2 baggage. I did my through check in at Pune Air port for Dibrugarh. As i found my baggage has not reached. I did complain immediately to the Air Port attendee abt my baggage. He made a manual report called PIR. Now its almost 11 days and the athorities are not giving any response. I am worried as I was carrying all important documents such as my original academic certificates and experience certificates. Please help me out to find out my delayed baggage.
