I’ve checked my Credit card statement, the amount RM 1, 246.84 haven’t refund yet.

5th Jan 15 - I’ve sent below email last week but there is no reply.
7th Jan 15 - I’ve called call centre said, the money will refund within 3 – 7 working days from date cancellation.
12th Jan 15 - I’ve called again the call centre and the officer said, the refund amount already approved also he said to send email to [protected]@airindiaexpress.in and attached the cancellation ticket.
Kindly please take serious note of my case because the credit card interest charges are more higher Was this information helpful? |
