Air India Express — delayed flight

i have logged a complaint as below.It was acknowledged but never got a response. Not sure how long they would take to reply back. Please repond ASAP. Reference Number : WB-DHYD[protected] Location : Hyderabad Type : Complaint Category : Delay / Cancellations Sub Category : Misconnection FlightType : DOM Flight No. : AI543 Date of Travel. : 11/Jan/2014 Ticket No. : [protected] Content : AI 543 delayed at Hyderabad as a result, I missed my connection virgin Atlantic flight to London. I had to purchase additional flight for £382 and fly back to London Though I got the delayed certificate attached from Air, India . it doesn't say the reason why its delayed. 1.Can you please let me know what is the reason why the flight is delayed? 2.why did air India not make any arrangements with the connecting flights.?
