[Resolved]  Air India Express — Lost Baggage

My FIle reference number is BOMAI99781. I am not getting any response even after 1 week. None of the Baggage service contact numbers are reachable. They are also ringing but no body attend the same. Newark baggage center not even responding to Bombay service center. They are so pathetic and I see this as real harassment. Even the airport in-charge number is always going on voice mail however no call back from them. Such a shameless service they are providing and harassing the customers. I am not sure how I will recover my baggage.How they can be so irresponsible. They are not even responding to emails.
