[Resolved]  Air India Express — No refund of canceled ticket

My ticket PNR -5UMHMA and i could not travel on December 28th as i reached 3.10 since i reached 10 minutes late they refused me to travel and didnt issue boarding pass. Please note that while coming from dubai to Kochin on 5th Dec 2013 i have to sit allmost 5 hours in the flight on the Run way for that Air India has no value for time when they keep passengers wait in the air craft for 5 hours in the flight. And finaly when i checked about the refund they were saying its all ready credited to my account.. i send several mails regarding this issue to customer care every time they are giving the reply your case diverted to finance department and investigation is going on i send allmost 15 mails regarding this issue and always the same reply.. Today 13th March 2014 and now 75th day after my cancelled ticket and till now they didnt reply properly and not credited the amount to my account...
