Air India Express — Non refund of ticket cancellation

Booking reference-YMU413 & VMZV7J With reference to the above bookings and their subsequent cancellation, I have not received the refund of these ticket cancellations even after 4 months from AI express. The matter has been presented before AI express through emails only to receive a reply that it has been forwarded to the concerned department. The first mail was sent on 5th November 2013 and the last mail was sent on 5th February 2014. I expect the necessary action will be taken. Thank you in advance.
