Dear All This complaint is writing to inform you all that, my wife travelled from Mangalore to Dubai on SAT -14th -2015 from Mangalore flight number IX-383 Air India Express Ticket No K6UG8E. To Dubai .I Have Reserved as NSSB-FRONT RAW SEAT, SEAT NO:1 A. But your cabin crew informed her to go back to second raw, so I need to know the reason why she has been send to back second row ? Or Either you will refund my amount I pay for that seat? Waiting for replay asap.
