[Resolved]  Air India Express — very poor response

Dear All Can you please read the communication made by me for a simple small reason as the see the quick responses from air India express. If you call over phone they will not pickup. Most of the time it will be engaged. They will not call back. No were in the world you will be having such good and efficient support. The person already on board and we got a mail now!!!
