I'm Preetha Gomathy Amma Ramakrishna Kone, I traveled from Birmingham to Delhi on 22nd Sep 2016 international flight no.AI 114 time 9.30PM from Birmingham, Seat No.38F .After entering, they didn't providing refreshing towel.after that they provided dinner, not at all good.my main issue is this
AFTER SERVING DINNER NEARLY AFTER 30 MINS I FELT THIRSTY AND SWITCHED ON SERVICE LAMP AND WAITED FOR 15 MINS, BUT THEY DIDN'T RESPOND AT ALL.AGAIN AFTER ONE HOUR AGAIN I ON THE SERVICE LIGHT, NOW THEY STARTED SERVING WATER FROM ONE END AND I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THEY COME TO MY ROW.BY THAT TIME I WAS ALMOST DEHYDRATED.I waited for nearly 2hours for a cup of water.MOST HURTING THING IS THE ATTITUDE OF THE HOSTESS, when i asked her why this much of time, she started arguing with me.The worst service I have seen so far.I suffered a lot for ONE CUP OF WATER.
