Air India — Kyc documents, unreasonable repeated rejections

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra
Website:flyingreturns.co.in

Air india has unreasonably 4 times rejected my kyc documents (Flying returns membership no.[protected] resulting in my being unable to use my frequent flyer mileage points. Aadhar copy, though prescribed in their list of documents, is being rejected for no rhyme or reason. Later, i additionally uploaded my driving licence copy (As advised by their call centre) but still they are not accepting citing some mismatch (In address) that does not actually exist. I have sent at least 7 e mails to their designated e mail address: flying-returns.[protected]@iclployalty.com (During last month). Their call centre at[protected] was approached twice but was of no help. From: rk anand.

I am in the same boat, feeling sorry for you. I am facing lots of problems when the actual address changes for any reason. Please look at my complaint:

KYC is a good process. But authorities should see practical issues.

Most banks take away money from the accounts online when we make investments such as insurance etc. To pay the benefits, they will send physical cheques!!! to the address as per the KYC; which will be after few years. They even do not ask you, advise you before sending. Why they cannot pay into the account online? This is a high level scheme to rob people.
True... I'm facing similar problems. Deplorable services by air india frequent flyer program.
