Air India — Neither seat nor charges refunded by air india.

Sir, I had booked ticket on 11.09.215 from Dehra dun to Pune by Air India flight for the journey on 26th of nov. Ticket no[protected] time was 13.45 from dehra dun and from delhi it was 16.40. On 25th nov. at 10.21 am they sent me a message that time has been changed of flt AI9610 from Dehradun to Delhi and flt will take off at 1830. It was very much inconvenient for me as I had to join my Duty on 26th and my connecting flt was at 1640 from Delhi. I consult to the help desk of Air India and requested them to provide me a seat on any flt from Dehra dun so that I can catch my on ward flt from Delhi but they did n't help me and refused to provide seat on another flight. I am very sorry to say that so big organisation they have cheated me and didn't help. Now I request you to refund my ticket price I had paid from Dehra Dun to Delhi.
