Air State Courier — Courier not received

I had sent 25 marriage cards via Air State couriers on 28 April 2015 and it is already 10 days that none of my relatives have received it. When i track the card online, I get an error of "Data not found". On multiple enquiries with the customer care, I received no answer. Everyone transfers my call to other person. The head of the courier service denies taking any responsibilities.
