[Resolved] Airarabia — request to refund ticket money for no show ticket

i am mohamed azhar, i had the ticket from airabia for (maa/shj/kwi) on 30th september but i cannot able to travel due to severe malarial fever, i approached the call center people, but there is no response, and even the airarabia staffs never gave any proper response, they collected my medical reports and sended mail to headoffice, and there is no postive reply from there side, so i am requesting tham to refund some of my amount. this is my email id ([protected]@yahoo.com) my mobile no of kuwait[protected] mobile of india -[protected]

I was travelling from New Delhi to Dammam via Sharjah dated 09-Jul-2017 by AirArabia Flight G9 464 connected with AirArabia flight G9 163
I landed in Dammam @ 8:40 AM and I didn't find my Baggage here.
Very Disappointed and feeling Exhausted since i have everything inside my Bag.

As per your message the name change charges are 200 AED and Difference in fair is approximately 50AED to 70AED. Effectively approx 250AED to 270 AED should be the charge. They are asking approximately 550 AED for name change. Cost of new ticket is also less than this.
