[Resolved]  Air Asia — My grandma went without food for three hours!!

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka

My grandmum flew to Bangalore from Chandigarh yesterday by Air Asia Flight number 1825. Since it was a three-hour flight, we had booked a meal for her. She is 80 plus and has to eat frequently or else her BP falls. On the flight, the steward refused to give her the meal. He said they were out of sandwiches. Later, he even mocked her and said, "Didn't you get packed paranthas'. My poor granny sat hungry for three hours. By the time the flight landed in Bangalore, it was 10 pm. She was dizzy and was feeling really sick by the time she reached home. Shame on you Air Asia for treating a senior citizen like this. I want an explanation for this or I am going to sue you in Consumer Court.
