[Resolved]  Aircel — 3G recharge not credited into my account

I did a 3G-data-recharge on my aircel number around 8 days back, with transaction id KA[protected]; still it is not credited in my account. I had a Rs 997 data-plan active on my number, whose data got exhausted. So, I recharged with Rs 663 on Oct 26th, transaction id - KA[protected]. Now, it is more than 8th since my recharge, still my 3g data is not credited. I repeated checked my data-balance, using their *122*011 number, for last 10 days and it shows me 0 MB balance. Spoke to customer care executives, on 121 & 198, multiple times and they say their servers don't have all the information about my Rs 663 recharge. I asked them to take my aircel transaction id (KA[protected]) and track it based on it, but they were not even ready to note down my transaction id. Come on, if you have such dumb customer-care-representatives or dumb servers available to your CC, then why are you wasting all the money in maintaining your CC cell. Either they should be able to provide any help to customers; if not, then you should just close your CC cell. I also sent email to care.karnataka about this problem, and in response they started asking me some un-related questions - what handset do I use, what is the signal strength I get on my mobile, which floor of my building do I use internet, etc. Do any of these questions have got anything to do with my problem? The problem is that my data-balance shows as 0MB, what has it got to do with my signal strength and my floor, etc. You should check your servers why data-balance is 0MB for account, when it is supposed to be 7.5 GB. I hope I get some solution to the problem soon (before I end up making my mind to never ever use Aircel for any of my mobile needs and even recommend all my friends and contacts to do the same). regards
