Aircel — 3g services not working.. Customer care not filing complaint | |||||
I recharged my number [protected] with 122 for 500 mb 3g data on 19th june.. But after couple of day my 3g services stopped working. I am unable to connect to aircel 3g network.. I tried everything starting from swiching my phone off and on, network setting only wcdma and searched to select aircel3g or reliance but it says "unable to connect please try later". The as always aircel pathetic customer care is keep on disconnecting the call and not taking my complaint. This is my 2nd complaint within 1 month time. The previous one still not resolved. Are you using GPRS on Handset or System: Android handset - WCDMA setting
E/G/H Signal available on the handset – yes or no: only E was available..
Are you able to connect using the dialer – yes or no (Laptop / system): no
Error message encountered if any while trying to browse / download: 2G was working but not 3G..
