[Resolved]  Aircel — About deducted balance

My no is [protected]. Today at 3:00 pm Rs. 30 deducted from my main balance. Then i call on 198 to solve this prblm n give my balance back in my account. The customer care executive firstly cut my phone 2 times n after then they blocked my number. Now when i m calling then i hear a voice plzz call after sometime and my call disconnected automaticaly

I will suggest Aircel To Improve Their Customer Care Service. Because They Behave Very Rudely and They do only one thing blocking the number. By which we can't Make a call to Customer Care. Regards Ankit Agraj

Plzzz take actions quickly. First of all unblock my number on 121/198. I m getting msgs only for stop vas service call on 155223 but i want my balance back in my account.
What are you doing. You have not solved my any problems. Still i can't talk to customer care on 198 /121. Also i have not got my balance back in my account.

Ohho one min dear. U r saying that i have been charged for wap service then what about the message i have got n also send the screenshot to u that i have been charged for tiny tv(which is not subscribed by me). One more thing if h have called me n i have not answered your call then for your kind of information i want to tell u that i m a student and it's not sure that i will pick up the call any time.
Finally i want to say that i want my balance back. Tell me clearly r u giving me or not??
Ohkk i m waiting but i will wait only for maximum 24 hours. After that i will take other action.

What the hell are u doing again i have charged Rs 30 for the same thing right now on 10:52 am while i have not activated this. Plzz help yaar Otherwise i will have change my number on other network.

Is Aircel joking with me. It's 3rd time with me my balance has been deducted for the same thing which is not activated by me. Last time I am telling to you that plzzz stop this type of joke otherwise i will change my no in other network through MNP.

I have got the message in which it has been clearly mentioned that i have been charged for Tiny Tv and i have not activated this. U know very well that it's not first time.
What happened no response? ??
Ohkkl then i have applied for MNP.
