Dear Sir/mam,

This is Hari From Guntur, AndhraPradesh. My mobile number was [protected]. Here i have a special recharge of 175/- for 30, 000 A2A, And A to local mobiles. Since from 3 days im unable to make calls. I have raise a complaint to call center. But no body was responding. I never seen this type of response in any network. Please look into my issue and solve it asap..

Firstly my sincere thanks to Indian Consumer Complaints form website. Company responded very well when i posted my posted my problem in this site. Company written a mail for regret caused and solve the problem in 24 hours...

What An Awesome Reply!!! Please don't blame customer for your worst service. I had recharged mrp 175/- on 16/11/2015 on 5:11p.m. Balance confirmation message was received. But from the next minute we are unable to make a single call. I am calling call center daily 2 to 3 times to solve my problem. But u people without giving a solution simply blaming a customer. U can track n verify my outgoing calls from 16/11/2015. For ur kind information i check in my mobile by using *121*1#. i received the message {main bal1:0.00 Exp: 24/11/2015 A2A Mobile Sec: 53326 Exp: 13/12/2015. Local Sec: 44417 EXP:12/13/2015}.Please check reply by evening.

We would like to inform you that you had recharged with RC175 and has received the benefit of 30, 000 local secs, 30, 000 Local A2A secs & 500 L/N SMS valid 28 days .You have completed the 30, 000 local sec and hence not able to make calls.
