Aircel — Activate my new sim card

Respected sir, I have bought a new aircel sim card recently but it is still not activated...All the required documents are submitted...ph no is [protected]...and sim no is[protected]... Thank you... (P.S- First when we submitted the documents they said that the no.of sims limit was over...then we submitted my mother's [named Somali Neogi] document for the sim on saturday 10.10.15)

My sim is still not activated...Please activate it as soon as possible ...

Sir,
My documents are constantly getting rejected...Presently I have submitted a new document with a xerox of the passport in it as told by the retailer...I would be glad to know the reason of the rejection of the documents...
