Today i have recharge the aircel kolkata no [protected] for 30/- after an hour i have got an message that you have charged rs. 15/- for activation of bollywood buty without any confirmation from my side. i have called aircel customer care executive to solve the problem but they told me i cant refund the balance therefore, i request you to help to refund my amount of rs. 15. thanking you.
