[Resolved]  Aircel — Activating internet packs again and again through flash messages without my proper consent. [fraudulent activity by aircel]

Aircel keeps activating some Aircel PI 9 (some internet pack) on my number again and again without my proper consent or my request. For this Aircel is using a deceptive means of "flash messages".

I have complained against this to the Aircel customer support, but they told me that they cannot help.

This is a fraudulent activity by Aircel and must be stopped.

I do not remember the exact time since I DID NOT ACTIVATE the pack. However, I received the message regarding the activation on 31/08/2016 at 20:52. The pack was renewed on the next day. The same case happened 7 days back. Thus the deductions have been made 4-5 times within 2 weeks.

When it happened for the first time, 7days back, I called the customer service only to know that my complaint cannot be registered anywhere in Aircel. Now, that it has happened again, I am sure that this is due to flash messages.

This is a shoddy means that Aircel is using to rob its customers and it must be stopped.

As per the records, there is a balance deduction on 31/08/2016 of Rs 9/- for ‘’PI 9’’ service pack which was activated on 31/08/2016 via USSD mode from your end on your Aircel number and this is auto renewal service which is renewed till 01/09/2016 due to which amount deducted.

Therefore, charges are correct and no waiver is applicable for the same. Further, we would like to inform you that if you wish to deactivate the same service dial *121*902# .

That's exactly my point is. I DID NOT ACTIVATE IT. AND IT HAPPENED TWICE.
But I don't think there is any point discussing this with Aircel. Just wasting my time. I will be changing my network provider. Also, will have to stop the robbery rampage that Aircel is on.

My sim card is kolkata circle. I m now living in ranchi. I can't access local a2a offers for calling in Kolkata. It is not working. Can i access std a2a offers for calling aircel numbers of Kolkata on this sim card?????
