[Resolved] Aircel — Activation of Internet pack without permission | |||
Hi, I received a call from Aircel customer care about the promotional offers. I told them I was not interested in any offers still after disconnecting the call I got a message saying "Rs. 2 internet pack has been activated. Total amount Rs. 64 for 32 days has been deducted." I tried talking to the customer care executives but they were not helpful and they said that the amount cannot be refunded. This is not the first time any such incident has happened. It is really frustrating to see such irresponsible behavior from Aircel. Please forward my complaint to the concerned department for further updates.
