[Resolved] Aircel — Activation of music plan fraudly | |||
Aircel has charged 20rs from my balance. i got a message on 29th june morning that musicplus has been activated .i dint even subscribe for that. i have been calling the customer care frm 29th june til today, but not even once my call got connected to your agent. is this the service you provide to customer.i have provided the image of the message for your enquiry. i want refund. i got response in few minutes and my issue got resolved in 2 days and i got my balance back.
when i have post abt my problem in consumer complaints i didnot receive any kind of reply from your team.
so i directly mailed to the above mentioned email and got my issue resolved
