Aircel — activation of service without my consent

Today date[protected], suddenly i got one activation of subscribing all channel tv month pack, charging Rs. 75 per 15 days without my knowledge, i want immediate action and refund of these charges and expect such incidents should not happen in future. My mob no- [protected] Tarnaka, Hyderabad
