Aircel — after recharge not giving the internet data

Address:Dhanbad, Jharkhand

I avinash [protected] is recharged with rs 395 6gb 1 month data pack. But i got the recharge message but my data is not credited. i compain to complain desk 198. They told me to recharge with some main balanc. Than i recharge with rs 10 but my main balanc is also deducted when i start my gprs. Again i call to complain desk many times they said recharge with some balance or some of the caller said after 4 hr data will be activated. But after 2 dayz my data is still not given to me. And now the customer care is not responding me now. Rs 395 recharge on 25th june 2015 on 11 pm on my number [protected]

I m not getting any Response from any complaints desk of aircel ...if my problem is not resolve tommoro i will file a case in consumer court tommorro

My problem is still the same...aircel customers helpdesk is not connecting my calls...i m still waiting for my internet data...6 days over..but you didn't show any response

Your aircel customer care making fun of me...the call me and say i gave you internet data from night 1 am to morning 6 am.. Is somthing joke...if you are not intrested to give me my recharge value...than it is fine...tommoro i will complain in consumer court... Thanks for helpAvinash parmar
