[Resolved] Aircel — Aircel deducted my balance without any reason | |||
Hi, My Mobile no. is [protected] I am using Aircel prepaid connection for a long time.before 3 days i activated 17 rs 3G data pack which gives 150 MB of 3g data, when it got reduced under 50 MB i activated the same 17rs pack again from my main balance yesterday night (08/11/13), when i checked the data balance it showed that i have 200 mb of 3G data left. i used that data through my pc, in few minutes i got a service message that last used 3G data 2.8mb and rs 27 deducted from your main balance, and my mobile balance gone to 0rs. since i had 150 MB of 3G balance and 100 MB of 2g balance remaining.i called to aircel customer care and they didn't give any proper response, They told that my details have not been updated in their server, and asked me to call after 4 hrs, i called them again today (09/11/13) morning and they repeated the same thing to call after 4 hrs, again i am calling them since evening but the ivr voice is telling that the executives are busy. I think they are avoiding my call intentionally. Now i got frustrated of the service of aircel, still i have few mb of 3G data remaining.
