Aircel — Aircel disconnect my mobile no. and not register my complaint | |||
I have an Aircel Prepaid connection ( [protected] ) from 5 years ago, I regular recharge it with Rs.200-300 monthly, and recently recharged on 12/05/2015 with Rs.103, But suddenly Aircel disconnect my mobile no. on 25/05/2015 without any notice or call. Regarding this problem, when I call to Aircel customer care on 01/06/2015 at 08:42, Mr. Rahul Sharma (customer care executive) told me that your connection is disconnected and You go to our Aircel Outlet, and not register my complaint. When i asked them to transfer my call to senior executive they cut my call without transfer.then I called them again at 08:59 then Mr. Mukesh another customer care executive do the same, and not register my complaint. In the Afternoon at 15:09 and 15:11 I called to customer care again and again they dont give any response to my problem. My All business is going down with this problem and my customers also laps.
