[Resolved] Aircel — Aircel Fleecing prepaid customers | |
I am user of Aircel Prepaid SIM. Since last 10 days I have more than twice made a recharge of Rs 49 in my phone. But no sooner I recharge my phone almost entire amount of recharge is fleeced from my account and I left with nil balance in my account under the garb of subscription of some VAS service's which I have never subscribed to. Upon checking from 198 i.e VAS complaint booking no. of Aircel i was told several times that i have not subscribed to any VAS service.
Assured by this today once again made a recharge of Rs 49 in my phone but to my utter surprise Rs 47 has beem fleeced from my account on the pretext of having subscribed to some VAS services which i nevrr did.
i request you to reimburse the fleeced amount in my account or else i will be compelled to take up the matter at an appropriate form in TRAI besides claiming for damages.
