Aircel — Aircel has cheated my rechaged amount. | |||
Sir, I am Senthil Kumar. My mobile no:[protected]. I have recharged Rs.65/- full talk time on 07.07.2015. Which is been debited Rs.60/- without my knowledge. So I called customer care and asked why this amount has debited on my account. But they did not answered properly. They said we will inform you that after 24 hours. Hence I asked customer care after 24 hour they repeat the same answer. Hence I called customer care daily but they not give any responsibility to me. And also they treated me very cheap. So I really very hurted by Aircel customer care. From the date of complaint to till now days, they did not give any response to me and not refund the amount. So kindly I request you to, please consider my complaint and arrange give me refund amount from Aircel. Was this information helpful? | |||
