Aircel — AIRCEL MISLEADS & RIP OFF‏

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra

THE MENTIONED BELOW IS THE COMUNICATION BETWEEN ME AND AIRCEL SINCE 31/12/2014. Aircel has hired in their appellate / nodal dept. who try to be over smart. According to them they are always right and customer is always wrong. I reminded them on 28/02/2015 about the complaint raised on 31/12/2014 that has not been completely addressed. On 28/02/2015 around 1pm I received a call from [protected] by their rep named Ravikant who mentioned about compensation and the revert I received by the appellate on 28/02/2015 completely contradicts. I would request this FORUM to help me to get this resolved. ________________________________________________________________________________... aircelsocialmedia To me Feb 28 at 6:47 PM Dear Farhan Qazi, Kindly bear us with some more time as we'll be arranging a satisfying call back soon. Ravikant first offered me the waiver of Rs./-300 + Rs/-39 for the same inconvviency. The he was very defensive said he would justify it by getting me the details then he hung up. If thats the case why was this not stated in the mail sent by you on January 2, 2015. Prove those charges and send me the details for which I am asking since 31/12/2015. There is no clue where my credit is getting used. I called customer care# on 121 & 198 but the representatives are useless there. They don't address any of the customers concerns and they straight away hung up. On 31/12/2014 at 9:08 pm, I called 198 & I reached Kamlesh to check where my credit is going he was also useless & unprofessional who said my tariff plan is not applicable on 31st DEC & 1st Jan, the representative was having debate & argument with me without justifying anything about the credit. He refused for complaint number as well. After insisting several time he then gave me complaint # 1-[protected]. Without explaining any thing he hung up. If tariff plan is not applicable calls for on 31st DEC & 1st Jan, why its not been intimated and notified to me? According to my understanding its only for SMS and that's what I have been notified to me. Post my recharge of Rs.300 where most of the credit has been used up despite of having 1Gb data for free, Missed call alerts getting activated automatically & many more issues. This is COMPLETELY RIP OFF & MISLEADING BY AIRCEL. If AIRCEL DOESN'T KNOW TO VALUE CUSTOMERS LET THEM KNOW ABOUT IT, WILL STOP USING THE SERVICES. Get It checked with the number of calls I have made to the customer care and Revert. Hope it get resolved at this level itself.
